So I am from Chicago living in Orlando for 22years straight and the thought of of going out for pizza scares the hell out of me till now! Brads Underground Pizza. The dude does true Chicago style pizza deep dish and thin crust bar cuts. I ordered a larger thinner cut with mushroom sausage and pepperoni I got home and ate the whole pizza cause it was so good. Now I am napping lol. But now I know where I can get a pizza that won’t disappoint. In your comments when you order tell him Happy Manny sent you. The young man does best pizza and he deserves to thrive…..

Have been a Lou Malnati's customer since 1979. Since then I've had to drive pizza back from Chicago or have it sent, frozen, from Chicago. After 8 years in Florida, I have found, my Chicago style deep dish. Sauce: spot on; crust: spot on; cheese: spot on, Thank you, Brad, and your Blackhawks hat. My daughter, from Arlingtion Heights, suggested your place. May your success continue and your customer base grow. Looking forward to trying the giardinera.

UPDATE: After leaving my original review, I was disappointed to see the owner publicly claim that my fiancé “said he loved the pizza and it tasted like home.” That is completely false. At no point did my fiancé say that. In fact, his actual reaction to the deep dish was that it did not measure up. We were both disappointed with the quality, especially given the reputation for Chicago-style pizza. Instead of addressing the legitimate concerns I raised — ignored delivery instructions, food left outside without notice, cold pizza, poor customer service follow-up, and disappointing food quality — the response chose to deflect blame and misrepresent our experience. I also want to clarify something important from the owner’s response. I did not place my order through Uber Eats or DoorDash. I ordered directly through Brad's Underground Pizza website. That means I made my purchase through the restaurant, and the restaurant chose to outsource delivery through a third-party service they contract with. As a customer, I had no role in selecting the driver or delivery platform. So while the owner is attempting to shift responsibility onto Uber Eats or DoorDash drivers, those delivery arran

It's so nice to have Chicago style pizza in Orlando, and it's delicious. All the ingredients are just like back home. The crust is everything you want, and not the chewy, limp, kind that they claim is NY style. The sauce is great as well. The pizza is also cut into squares. The way it's "spose-ta-be" Brad is legit and recognized my "Loop 97.9" shirt right away. Take out only!!!

FINALLY - 25 years in Florida and finally found a pizza place!!! Pizza in Central and South Florida generally is sub-standard for someone coming from Chicago. Brad's pizza is very very close, and now my go-to place. I've been wanting to try this for a while and finally got there last night. Got one deep dish (Chicago-style) and one thin (tavern-style) on my way home last night. The deep dish crust was very close. On both pizzas he nailed the cheese and sauce. Tasted like back home. Thank you Brad, you have made a long-time Chicago guy very happy. I'm now a regular and will be going back often. Hopefully many people can try this and taste the difference.
